All students are informed that to take provisional admission at BSK College, Maithon it is necessary to fill the undertaking form prepared by the University.  Undertaking form will be filled only by those whose name will be in the merit list and after signing the Undertaking form, students will send it in the following E-mail ID  - (college@bskcollege.ac.in) .  The Undertaking form is available in the BSK College website (bskcollege.ac.in). While depositing the admission related fees through Chancellor Portal, through the auto-generated system students will let you know the admission fee of the subject. But if the admission fees of a student are more than two thousand rupees (Applicable for Science/Practical/Migrated students), then that amount cannot be paid by debit card, for this, online banking or credit card can be used.

सभी छात्र छात्राओं (2020-2023) को सूचित किया जाता है कि जो लोग एडमिशन फीस जमा कर चुके हैं वह अपने डॉक्यूमेंट वेरिफिकेशन अपना डिपार्टमेंट में आकर करवा ले । डॉक्यूमेंट वेरिफिकेशन के बाद रजिस्ट्रेशन का काम शुरू हो जाएगा । जो लोग डॉक्यूमेंट वेरिफिकेशन करा चुके हैं उसका रोल नंबर अलॉटमेंट और रजिस्ट्रेशन का काम चालू कर दिया गया है । इसलिए जो लोग अभी तक डॉक्यूमेंट वेरिफिकेशन नहीं करा पाए हैं वह जल्द से जल्द अपना डॉक्यूमेंट वेरिफिकेशन कॉलेज आकर करवा लें।

विश्वविद्यालय एडमिशन सेल के आदेशानुसार इस सत्र (Semester one) में नए एडमिशन लिए हुए सभी छात्र छात्राओं (2020-2023) को सूचित किया जाता है कि जो लोग अपना फादर नेम / मदर नेम / डेट ऑफ बर्थ या सब्जेक्ट भी चेंज करना चाहते हैं अर्थात जो गलत हो गया उसको सुधारना चाहते हैं तो अपना लॉगिन आईडी (Login ID) और पासवर्ड (Password) से लॉगिन करने के बाद Change request ऑप्शन में जाकर अपने से ही सुधार कर सकते हैं , इसके लिए कॉलेज या यूनिवर्सिटी जाने का जरूरत नहीं है .  लेकिन ध्यान रहे कि अपना सब्जेक्ट चेंज या किसी भी गलती को सुधारने के लिए जो काम करना है वह रजिस्ट्रेशन होने के पहले ही करना है . क्योंकि रजिस्ट्रेशन का काम चालू होने के बाद ही चेंज रिक्वेस्ट का ऑप्शन काम नहीं करेगा .

विश्वविद्यालय के पत्रांक संख्या BBMKU/DSW/R/21/2021 ,Dhanbad , Dated – 27-03-2021 के अनुसार सभी छात्र - छात्राओं को सूचित किया जा रहा है कि जो छात्र - छात्राएं अभी तक अपना ओरिजिनल माइग्रेशन (ORIGINAL MOIGRATION) सर्टिफिकेट, सीएलसी (CLC) जमा नहीं किए , 6^th April,2021 तक अपना ओरिजिनल सीएलसी (CLC) , माइग्रेशन (ORIGINAL MOIGRATION)  विषय शिक्षक के पास जमा कर दें , नहीं तो उस विद्यार्थी का  रजिस्ट्रेशन का काम  नहीं हो पाएगा  ।

साथ ही वैसे सभी छात्र-छात्राओं जो JAC Board से नहीं है तथा चांसलर पोर्टल में आवेदन करते वक्त बोर्ड का नाम भरने में प्रविष्ट कर दिए हैं तो उन लोगों का अतिरिक्त माइग्रेशन शुल्क  Demand Draft के माध्यम से रजिस्टर, विनोद बिहारी महतो कोयलांचल यूनिवर्सिटी , धनबाद के नाम पर बनाकर कॉलेज में जमा करना पड़ेगा ।

विश्वविद्यालय के आदेश अनुसार पुनः सूचित किया जा रहा है कि जिन विद्यार्थी का ओरिजिनल माइग्रेशन, सीएलसी कॉलेज में जमा नहीं है उन लोगों का रजिस्ट्रेशन नहीं हो पाएगा ।

इंटरनल एग्जाम संबंधित विशेष सूचना(Semester Five)

सेमेस्टर फाइव के वैसे  छात्र-छात्राओं जो इंटरनल एग्जाम में फेल है लेकिन एक्सटर्नल एग्जाम में पास है, वैसे विद्यार्थी को  फिर से इंटरनल एग्जाम देना होगा ।

विश्वविद्यालय के नियमानुसार अगर इंटरनल में फेल है तो इंटरनल और एक्सटर्नल दोनों एग्जाम देना पड़ेगा, लेकिन अगर इंटरनल में पास है तो इंटरनल मार्क्स कैरी फॉरवर्ड होता है ,और केवल एक्सटर्नल का एग्जाम देना पड़ता है ।

सेमेस्टर फाइव के जो विद्यार्थी इंटरनल में फेल है वह इंटरनल एग्जाम देने के लिए अपने विषय शिक्षक से संपर्क करें और डिटेल्स दिशानिर्देश ले ।
